My family may not be the typical family, and I may have some crazy relatives, but they all mean well, and they are important to me. Whether I like it or not, I was born into my family, and they are who they are. In their own way, each of them are special, and they each hold a place in my heart.
I used to hate when my family would be in my business and need to know my every move, but they were only doing it because they cared. I feel sorry for those who dont have families who love them, and completly shut them out of their lives for a mistake they've made. Mistakes are going to be made, it is a part of life, and it is no reason to stop caring for a family member.
I used to think that family was just family, that it wasnt really important. But as I got older, and I got a lot of help from my family, I realized that they are important and I wouldnt have gotten very far without them. They were my backbone and have known you all your life. They were my shoulder to cry on when I needed them, and they were always my helping hand.
We never realize how important siblings are to us until we live faraway from them. It isn't just siblings that brighten our lives, but their sons and daughters as well. My nieces and nephews are a big part of my life.
My parents were always there for me too, even when they didnt want to be. There was a time when all I did was argue with them, and I thought they were always wrong. In the long run, they were always right, and they never had to say "I told you so.", that's family.
Whether you like your family or not, you are a part of it, and you should just make the best of it. Your family is always there for you, and always welcoming with open arms. They are an important part of your life, and you should love them with everything you have.
Love your family with all you have, whethers its the one you were born into or the one you started.

ReplyDeleteMy siblings are frosty and self centered. We disagree and fight a lot but my mother always settles dispute btw us even though we are all married and can live without each other. She keeps us close together. I will take her role when she dies. God bless and keep her for us
ReplyDeleteWell said, family is always there for you through thick and thin. Friends might not be there for u tomorrow, but your family is always there. Even husband or wife might not be there for u, but your family is always there, home is home no matter what.
